    The KS-811-3 is a smart wall switch designed to control three separate lighting circuits (3 gangs) simultaneously. It connects to your home Wi-Fi network, allowing remote control via the Tuya Smart Life app and compatibility with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

  • Does the KS-811-3 require a neutral wire for installation?

    It can produce according customer's requirement, with neutral wire or without neutral wire all can do that.

  • How do I connect the KS-811-3 to my Wi-Fi network?

    To connect the KS-811-3 to your Wi-Fi network:

    Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

    Download and open the Tuya Smart Life app.

    Put the switch into pairing mode (usually indicated by a blinking blue LED).

    Follow the in-app instructions to complete the pairing process.

    Note: The switch does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.

  • Is a hub required for operation?
