Does the E03 switch require a neutral wire?

That depend on what do you need, this type E03 with neutral wire or without neutral wire, we both can produce it.
What is the maximum load capacity of the E03 switch?

To install the E03 switch:

Turn off the power at the circuit breaker.

Remove the existing switch and connect the wires to the E03 switch terminals:

Live (L)

Neutral (N)

Load (L1, L2, and L3)

Secure the switch into the wall box and attach the front panel.

Turn the power back on and proceed with the app setup.

Note: If you're unsure about electrical work, it's advisable to consult a licensed electrician.
How do I connect the E03 switch to my Wi-Fi network?

To connect the E03 switch:

Download and open the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app on your smartphone.

Create or log in to your account.

Put the switch into pairing mode (usually indicated by a blinking LED).

Follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup.

Ensure your Wi-Fi router is operating on the 2.4GHz band, as the E03 switch does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
Do I need a smart hub to use this smart light switches E03 ?

This type have 2 version, it depend on which do you need, if you need wifi version, then don't need a hub ,if you need zigbee version, yes, it is need a hub .
